Temanku Menikah Part 2
Part 2 ini didedikasikan untuk temanku satu lagi yang menikah hari ini, Nimas.
Where do we begin?
Nimas and I were friends since High School. I remember at 10th grade, every morning I always meet up with her in front of her class - which was actually beside mine. I can't remember when it start exactly and how...we just did. At 11th grade, we did not in the same class too, but we are still friends. And finally at the 12th grade, we were in the same class, we even a chair-mate!
Dari situ kita ya makin dekat, cerita ini-itu, suka jalan bareng juga. Pertemanan berlanjut ke kuliahan, despite being in a different university, we remain as a good friend, a best one.
She is the kind of friend who understands. She has so many things going on her life yet it made her stronger every time.
It's funny how a good friend she's been yet I can't really seem to describe it with words. She's just that good. (huh, I'm crying, again).
To me, she's one of the good friends, I can never replace nor I want to. I hope we will be friends for longer than forever Nim.
Today, she married the man she loved. I couldn't be happier for her. I know all the stories behind it (which I'm glad because I'm there, maybe not at every step, but just enough). How confusing it is for her at first but the determination of Mas Ijal (her now husband), she finally opens her heart for him. I hope he did not take it for granted.
Nimas,
Now that you have found the man who can protect you, who can take care of you, the man whom I know you will give every love you have for and gave all his love for you. I hope you nothing but happiness Nim, I hope you both can always overcome what's life throws at you. I hope you will always be strong and stronger for yourself and for your new family.
Mas Ijal is so lucky to have you - a strong-willed, independent, brave and loving woman as you.
I remember there were days when we both just want nothing but happiness in our life, and now I hope you will have it. You know things were going to be tough, but I know you are a tough woman and I believe you could always win it over.
When things got rough you will now have someone you can share things with. Let me remind you that I will always be there too.
You'll make a great wife (who will give Mas Ijal hard times >,<) and a great Mother, and along the way, I hope we will still be in each other's life.
